The first ‘Dark Kitchen’ facility of its kind in Australia, housing 29 commercial grade kitchens under the one roof. We were appointed as the Design and Construct electrical contractor and worked closely with the Principal Contractor and Client to ensure the finished product was exactly as imagined. The works involved an initial 400amp connection, later replaced by a 1250amp supply from a new 1000kVa Padmount Transformer. Each Kitchen boasts its own sub board with power installation to suit the end occupant. Use of state of the art food-grade LED lighting, CCTV, intercom and security systems completed the installation of this unique and progressive project. The facility now offers Coorparoo and surrounds 29 x more food delivery options.
